About Room

Renovated in August 2021, Bear’s Den Lodge is a cozy, group-friendly retreat featuring 8 guest rooms, 8 private bathrooms, and a spacious hospitality suite with a refrigerator, microwave, and coffee maker. Perfectly suited for reunions, workshops, or retreats, it also includes a dedicated meeting room and is located just steps from an outdoor fire pit and a scenic walkway to the resort restaurant. Each room is equipped with essentials like HBO, Showtime, WiFi, and in-room amenities including a coffee maker, mini-fridge, and full bath. With a total of 16 queen beds, this lodge offers comfort, connection, and convenience in a natural mountain setting.

Pets are not allowed in individual rooms or group lodges.

- Small dogs are permitted in only a select few cabins with prior arrangement.

- You will be asked to board your pet or check out without a refund if you violate this policy.

- $300 fee if found in a non-pet friendly room.

- Smoking is not permitted inside any of our buildings but is permitted outside. Check in time is any time after 4pm. Check out is by 11am.

Cancellation

- Deposits are refundable less a $40 fee if cancelled 14 days or more in advance of your arrival date. Cancellations made less than 14 days in advance are non-refundable.
