Perfect for small retreats, reunions, or multi-family vacations, Deer Trail Lodge offers 8 bedrooms, 8 bathrooms, and two bonus/meeting rooms for added flexibility. The hospitality suite features a full kitchen, cozy living area, and access to a private hot tub for relaxing after group activities. Each guest room is equipped with HBO, Showtime, WiFi, a private bath, and in-room conveniences like a coffee maker, refrigerator, and more. With 14 queen beds, 2 king beds, and 2 futon sofas, the lodge comfortably accommodates larger groups while maintaining comfort and privacy. The lodge also includes a sunroom, game room, and spacious dining and gathering areas—making it a go-to for group stays in the mountains.

Pets are not allowed in individual rooms or group lodges.

- Small dogs are permitted in only a select few cabins with prior arrangement.

- You will be asked to board your pet or check out without a refund if you violate this policy.

- $300 fee if found in a non-pet friendly room.

- Smoking is not permitted inside any of our buildings but is permitted outside. Check in time is any time after 4pm. Check out is by 11am.

Cancellation

- Deposits are refundable less a $40 fee if cancelled 14 days or more in advance of your arrival date. Cancellations made less than 14 days in advance are non-refundable.
